Your Transport Tales

Driving schools can be quite an experience. Take the one i went to for example, oh boy, was it fun. This one driving school, however, was not just for women, but did we ever have lots of lessons to learn, and plenty of tests to pass.

After hours, we all pretty much got together from the driving schools, and went out for a bite to eat, exercised on the equipment located in each of our motels; then usually we went out to various places. Some of us went to a bar, and had a few drinks, and shot some pool. We never over did the drinks though, i mean, tomorrow is another day, and if you are in driving schools, you certainly do not want to show up, being under the influence.

We always had lots of fun at the driving schools, and even the instructors were fun loving people. You just can't imagine. One instructor came in with a "joke" written in the form of a "new law". Well most of the students, simply groaned, and added the paper to their notebooks to read at a later time. I read the paper, and burst into laughter. The other students were really wondering by now, as to what exactly was on the paper. Not a chance of that though. As soon as they started digging out the papers, the instructor was taking the papers back again. He would not let them have the privilege of reading what was on the paper. It had been a test, to see if they were paying attention, and learning the laws, as we advanced through the classes at the driving school. It was a funny day, and well, yes, i did share the joke with the rest of the class. It just seemed like the thing to do. It' also something, that i have never forgotten. So yes, even today, when handed a paper, i do tend to read over it, before putting it away into a file or folder, or even laying it on my desk top. Some things, you just never forget about, even the ones, that make you laugh the loudest, and the longest.

I really enjoyed going to the driving school. It certainly was different. You also find that you will begin bonding with the other students and sometimes even the teachers. That is a very nice part of the school, i think. Getting to know each other.
