All lessons cannot be learnt in school. Some lessons are to be learnt from personal experience and nature. These also cannot be taught in school. For example the minimum requirement in a motor trade business is a certain degree of management skills as well as marketing skills. But most of the traders agree that in no way did that learn even half other the skill in school. They learn most of their skills on spot while trading. The main spirit of human beings is to learn lessons from failures and not repeat those mistake that were the reason behind those failures.

I remember a certain incident when skip hire prices were on rise and new graduates were flooding the market for an independent business. This occurs every year when around half of the graduates from Aleksandr region get into business. The sprawling markets would be filled with newly painted shops selling all kind of modern oddments. A tall young boy, perhaps a graduate at first chance was in the corner most shop. I went there to see the wares. I founds that the shops had all elements of motor trade drivers, plugs, chains etc. The boy gave me an adorable smile and asked me something. I later found out that he was among top five of all the graduates of Aleksandr. I wondered why he chose such an unprofitable career.

Though motor trade looks unprofitable, I was later told that motor trade was the one of the most lucrative trades. The main reason of this is that most of the stuff does not come with price tag and the seller demands self determined price thus enjoying a profit of about 20-30% at least. Of course, there is a huge completion regarding motor trade but they keep a minimum profit margin of 20-30%.

Truth to be told, most of the graduates find business more profitable then job. Some basically study in a school to do business later. Moreover there are not much jobs in the Aleksandr area to carter all the graduates. Times are changing now, before government jobs held sway. Now its' the turn of business.
